The instruction manual for the software is horrible. I hope you can send updated software or better instructions. Tiger Direct uses UPS and they are a lot faster.

Twice now I have receive thing shipped my you trough USPS and they take much to long, when Tiger Direct ships something I usually have it the next day. Unless you start shipping USPS I probably will get my things from another vendor. Was this review helpful to you?

The imbedded 'analysis' software leaves much to be desired. If I had time I'd reverse enginer the algorithms. Good display.

Reasonable noise rejection. Operational menu is not straight-forward. I have not yet tried link to PC. There was no printed manual but I received a PDF version by email.

The Arrhythmia detection consists of messages saying 'Suspected fast beat', 'Suspected early beat', or 'Suspected missing beat'. If you are somewhat normal the message will be 'Stable waveform'. You can store results for more than one person by using different Patient IDs.

The Palm Method of taking a reading did not work well for me but for others it was okay. I got a good reading from my chest. It is a nice unit but don't expect much in the way of analysis though the unit is registered when received.
