Hi, I've a Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop. Free Download Template Label 103. Recently it started giving beeps during start up and some times after start up also. The pattern is 5 beeps in a row. I called tech support, they identified it as CMOS coin battery issue. They provided me 2 solutions. If I chose to go to the nearest service centre they'll change the battery alone. But if I chose for on-site support (tech person will come to my home) they'll replace the entire motherboard (There might be feasibility issue here) but the replacement motherboard will be a refurbished one.
In this guide I explain how to disassemble a Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop also. Type of CMOS battery the N5110.
The support person says, since the issue is with the battery, it is better to get the battery alone replaced and retain the motherboard as it is a brand new one (the replacement will be a refurbished one). So, can any one suggest which option should I opt for. I'm a bit sceptical about a refurbished motherboard. Thanks in Advance. Micrografx Windows Draw 64 Bit Download. Regards, Kiran.
